China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal expands with a production powder coating facility.

Nashua, NH – June 2, 2017 – China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal’s production facility expands with the addition of a production powder coating facility. The new service expands the capabilities of the production shop and will allow the team to better serve the customers.

Prior to the addition of the new service all powder coating needs were managed through China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal’s prototype division. This expanded service will allow customers to effortlessly move parts from prototype to production.

Erik Austin, China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal’s Production Operation Manager, states, “The addition of powder coating to the production division is a response to the customer needs. We strive to make our customer’s transition from prototype to production a seamless process, and to do this we need to have the same offerings.”

The new production powder coating shop will be located at 15 Charron Ave. and will be adjacent to the Sheet Metal Production facility.

David Puleo, China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal’s prototype Operations Manager, states, “The division of prototype and production powder coating was a logical step in the business. Now the team at prototype can focus on those quantities, while production can focus on the large scale projects.”

China Manufacturing Corp. Sheet Metal has been in business since 2001. The company began as a prototype shop, and in 2012 opened a production facility. Currently the China Manufacturing Corp. campus is comprised on three buildings and houses over 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
