Because sheet metal parts are manufactured from a single sheet of metal, the part must maintain a uniform wall thickness. Our standard material thickness requirements are a minimum 0.025 in. to maximum 0.134 in. thickness. There are exceptions for Aluminum, maximum thickness of 0.125 in.
