Prototype Delivery Options
China Manufacturing Corp. offers various delivery options to get your prototype parts on your desk when you need them. How do we count Day 1? Day 1 starts the next business day when we receive a PO, Credit card, Cash, or Check before 7:00 PM EST. In all other scenarios the day after next is counted as Day 1.
Expedited 48 Hour Ship
At times CNC Machining is able to ship parts in 48 hours after receipt of order and acceptable 3D files. In order to do so, we require a 3D model at the RFQ stage. This shipping option applies for unfinished parts only. To qualify, orders must be received by 7:00 PM EST. For example, an order received at 6:00 PM on a Monday would ship no later than Wednesday for Thursday delivery via FedEx Overnight or UPS Red. There is a 100% premium for 48 Hour Ship services.
Expedited 3 Business Day Ship
A 3D model is required at the RFQ stage. To qualify, orders must be received by 7:00 PM EST. For example, an order received at 6:00 PM on a Monday would ship no later than Thursday for Friday delivery via FedEx Overnight or UPS Red. There is a 75% premium for 3 business day ship services.
Expedited 4 Business Day Ship
A 3D model is preferred at the RFQ stage. To qualify, orders must be received by 7:00 PM EST. For example, an order received at 11:00 AM on a Monday would ship no later than the following Monday for Tuesday delivery via FedEx Overnight or UPS Red. There is a 50% premium for 4 business days ship services.
Expedited 5 Business Day Ship
A 3D model is preferred at the RFQ stage. To qualify, orders must be received by 7:00 PM EST. For example, an order received at 6:00 PM on a Monday would ship no later than the following Friday for Monday delivery via FedEx Overnight or UPS Red. There is a 25% premium for 5 business day ship services.
Standard 10 Business Day Ship

Standard shipment of unfinished parts is 1 to 2 weeks. We promise 2 weeks and will generally ship early. Plated, powder coated and silkscreened parts typically add 2 business days to the lead-time. Lead-time will vary from 10 to 12 business days dependent upon part geometry. Orders must be received by 7:00 PM EST. For example, an order of an unfinished part received at 6:00 PM on a Monday, May 1 would ship no later than 2 weeks (May 15) for Tuesday delivery via FedEx Overnight or UPS Red.
