Mayor Jim Donchess visits China Manufacturing Corp. and gets an inside tour of China Manufacturing Corp. Machining

Nashua, NH – April 6, 2016 – Nashua, NH’s Mayor, Jim Donchess, visits China Manufacturing Corp. Machining. The visit included a meeting with China Manufacturing Corp.’s CEO, Jay Jacobs, and a tour of China Manufacturing Corp. Machining.

Mayor Donchess met Jacobs at China Manufacturing Corp. Machining, 22 Charron Ave., along with John Sullivan, Regional Sales Director. The beginning of the meeting was a discussion on being a business owner in Nashua, NH. Jacobs discussed some of the business lessons learned over the years, the importance of being involved in the local community, and how China Manufacturing Corp. has gotten to where it is at today. Donchess and Jacobs both discussed educating the youth and different ways businesses can work with students to develop core skills for future careers. A big portion of this discussion revolved around Career and Technical Education classes at the high school level.

After the discussion came a tour of China Manufacturing Corp. Machining. Donchess was able to meet the employees behind China Manufacturing Corp., many who live in Nashua and surrounding towns. Jacobs explained the China Manufacturing Corp. process as Donchess traveled through the machine floor. Donchess was able to interact with China Manufacturing Corp. employees and discuss their positions and what tasks the employees did each day. The entire process and tour was a true view at what it means to be China Manufacturing Corp.
